RUNNING TRAINING CAMPS:
JINDABYNE, APRIL 12-21, 2014
Jindabyne is 200km south of Canberra on the slopes of of the beautiful Australian Alps. You will have the option of staying for between 3 nights (minimum stay) and 9 nights. The main focus will be on solid training, relaxation and cameraderie. It is a classic location at the NSW Sport and Rec Centre, where the cabins and units are surrounded by nature. You feel like you are a million miles from anywhere. The adjoining bush trails are first rate and include an abundance of wildlife, including numerous kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, goannas and possums.
The pristine mountains have the best running trails in Australia. The dirt roads, firetrails and single tracks have all types of hills including single climbs on mountains up to 14km long! It is certainly a place where good running comes naturally.

SESSIONS:
Every session will have the flexibility of catering for runners of all levels. These sessions include;
- Track work on Australia's best running track located in Jindabyne @ 1000m elevation
- Trail runs up to 2228m elevation
- Pool workouts
- Technique sessions at the track
- Strength training for runners including gym work, circuits and Pilates
- Flexibility work
- Icing the legs in the freezing alpine rivers and lakes
- A talk on footwear and technique for trail running

COST:
You can stay for as little as $50 a night. Prices depend on which acommodation option you choose. Choose any nights from April 12-20. ( April 21 is the last morning of the camp). Rates are for one night. Thus if you want to stay for 5 nights then multiply the figure by 5. If you want to stay for 9 nights then multiply the figure by 9.
- Shared room accommodation in Finsko's units (3 or 4 single beds per room). $50 per person. You must bring your own pillow, towels, bed linen and doona.
- Twin share accommodation in Athlete's Village houses. (2 single beds per room) $70 per person. Pillow, towels, bed linen and doona are supplied.
- Queen share accommodation in 2 bedroom units. (a couple in a Queen bed in their own room). $70 per person. Pillow, towels, bed linen and doona are supplied.
- Private room accommodation in either Athlete's Village houses or two bedroom units. (your own bed in your own room). $100 per person. Pillow, towels, bed linen and doona supplied.
- Family unit accommodation in 2 bedroom units. (one Queen bed in one room; 4 single beds in one room). $250 per night- which is a special deal only for runners who want to bring their children along. Pillow, towels, bed linen and doona supplied.
YOU MUST BOOK FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS AND CAN BOOK FOR UP TO 9 NIGHTS. PLEASE SPECIFY ON YOUR PAYMENT EXACTLY WHICH NIGHTS/DATES YOU WISH TO STAY.
